About Fattest Witch
Fattest Witch is about being connected in perpetuity to the thing that anguishes you the most. It’s reflected in the album art. On the surface it’s raunchy, risqué and can be chewed on for its S&M stylings. Look a bit deeper, and our man getting boiled alive is experiencing bliss in absolute totality. While Sisyphus despised his boulder, each member of Faerie Ring can’t get enough of his. At its core, Fattest Witch, is about the symbiosis between life and torment through the lens of love and lust.
The band states, “All of us here on Earth experience grief, malaise or pain in some capacity, Fattest Witch is us just trying to come to terms with ours. Much of the art we as a band create can be taken two ways, there’s always the silly surface level, hard rocking amp worshiping sonic assault. For our hardcore fans, you’ll be able to find something that you connect with deeply and I believe they’ll find it in Fattest Witch”.

Faerie Ring, is a hard-rocking, retro-tinged stoner rock band out of Evansville, IN. Their third album, a self-titled effort through King Volume Records marks the band’s sonic rebirth—one that emphasizes tighter songwriting, blistering hooks, and a new emotional depth that was assisted through the mastering process by Torche guitarist Jonathan Nuñez.
